This is an exciting journey through one of the few remaining traditional regions of Asia. It shows you through 10 provinces of Cambodia and the cities of Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. Culminate in Angkor – the largest archaeological site in the world. In a total of over 400 km2, embedded in it, including the forest, are the remnants of various magical cities of the Khmer empire between the 9th and 15th Century. Among them you can see the famous temples of Angkor Wat and Bayon, with its countless reliefs and sculptures. But Cambodia is much more than Angkor. 80% of the population still live in the countryside, where life has hardly changed since Angkor. It differs from many other Southeast Asian countries Cambodia, where often half of the population has abandoned their traditional way of life and living in huge cities – often without work or adequate housing and in poverty. In Cambodia, the visitor is still the case everywhere, the traditional Asian smile. What is little known that Cambodia’s most wonderful beaches are in Asia – is ideal for individual and family vacationers. Extensive projects for the development of the airport of Sihanoukville, the construction of new roads and new hotel complexes are underway. Hurry up with your vacation planning even before then fill the currently empty beaches themselves.
